This page is almost a dedication to my good friend, author Courtney A.Walsh. Her story is an inspiring story that came out of total adversity. In her search to find a book that could help her through mental illness and depression, Courtney only found medical jargon and sob stories. So she set about creating her own humourous and inspiring story and what a smash success it is! Courtney's book has helped thousands of people to overcome and see the almost humourous side of depression.
Here at Alacusht Inspirations we encourage you to do the same. We all have a story. A story of adversity and challenge. A story of overcoming. Every story we read, where someone has overcome a challenge that we ourselves may be going through, helps and inspires us to belief, that we can do the same.
